Francis is the first born son of three children born to a single mother. After the death of the fi rst husband, the mother married another man with whom she had two children. She divorced her second husband after bitter abuse and later abandoned her three children. She left with another man to an unknown destination. The children lacked all their basic needs as their relatives refused to take them in.

Francis became destitute, living on the street before he was rescued by Mully Children Family (MCF). He had never attended school in his life. He started his first class at MCF. He is a bright boy, currently in grade 7 and at the top of his class.

He is a karate club member and loves reciting poems. He also likes to recite memory verses and sing in the choir.
